Boconnell Properties Ltd is a family owned, national award winning, development company based in Boconnell Lane on the edge of Lurgan town.

Formed in 1997 by Gary and Edel Leathem, Boconnell has gained a reputation for delivering high quality affordable homes in and around Lurgan, Craigavon and Aghagallon areas.

Built on an ethos of “quality before profits; focus on quality and the profits will follow” Boconnell Properties expanded in the millennium, consolidated during the recession and now has plans to expand on several fronts with a range of residential and commercial sites in Craigavon, Lurgan, Aghagallon and beyond.
